Private customers please order on our website www.pigeon-voyageur.ch. Add the products you want to buy to
the cart and your order will be sent to us autimatically. No orders by phone or E-Mail. All orders are binding.
If you have questions about the process please send us an E-mail. Please read instructions below for delivery
outside Switzerland.
Orders and delivery costs outside Switzerland
If you want our products being delivered to an address outside Switzerland please note that we will inform you
about the shipping fees as soon as we know the size and weight of the package and will let you know the full
amount you have to pay to our PayPal account or Swiss Post account (the cart on the website only calculates the
transport costs for Switzerland). Please don't transfer any money before we have confirmed your order personally.
Delivery costs Switzerland
Packages will be sent by Swiss Post at A-Priority rate. For orders under 100 CHF we charge 8 CHF, orders over
100 CHF are free of charge. Orders will be sent within five days after we have received your payment. Delays will
be announced by E-mail.
Resellers
Resellers please contact us directly by E-Mail.
Prices
The prices published on our website are valid at the time of your order. Price changes will be announced on our website.
Terms of payment
Private orders by prepayment (PayPal or transfer to our Swiss Post account. All transfer costs for international
payments are at the expense of the customer) on our website. Resellers payable on account. All goods are
property of "Le pigeon voyageur" until full payment is received on our account.
Complaints
All sales are final. We assume no liability for damages to the package/ goods during transport after postage.
In case of damage or defects that are demonstrable on the part of "Le pigeon voyageur" please contact us within
five days after receiving our goods by E-mail or by letter (A-Priority). They can only be taken back if
- sent back in original packaging
- no traces of usage are visible
- no price tags have been removed
Jurisdiction
Place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland. Swiss law will be applied.
